"I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you. When I first embarked upon this transaction (selling my house), I was having a lot of issues reconciling what I knew I needed to do with what I really wanted to do. As you also know, many times along the way I struggled with that recurring thought a few times. Thank you for taking me through what was a tough decision and a tough process to go through. Not only do I appreciate it very much, it was in no way really your responsibility, yet you did it anyway. I wanted you to know how impressed I was with how diligent you were at birddogging the Bank throughout this process. I'm not sure that this wouldn't have fallen apart if not for your efforts (particularly over the last 3 weeks). As somebody who was more savvy than your average customer, but who had no time to really work this like it needed to be worked, I always took comfort in knowing that things were getting handled while you were on the job. As I told your boss, when the time comes and I'm ready to buy again, I don't want to work with anyone else but you!!

Not only did you do a GREAT job,. your level of service was unique enough for me to say that it was the best I have ever worked with. I know that you will continue to be successful in what you do, because I believe that service like this pays dividends (both short and long term), but I wish you continued success in the future.
